Anne Dudek
Anne Louise Dudek (born August 25 in 1970) is an American actor from the United States. She is best known for her roles as Tiffany Wilson from the 2004 movie White Chicks Danielle Brooks of the USA Network series Covert Affairs as well as Dr. Amber Volakis of the Fox show House. Anne Dudek is an American actress who is best known for her role as Tiffany Wilson in the 2004 comedy movie White Chicks. Also, she is known for her television roles such as the role of Dr. Amber Volakis from Fox's House; Danielle Brookson from USA Networks Covert Affairs and Lura in HBO Drama Big Love. Dudek was born in Massachusetts, attended Northwestern University and got her very first role as an actor as a part-time actress in The Iphigenia Cycle. The production went off-Broadway in New York City where she earned the Joseph E. Calloway award for her stunning performance and was featured as one of the ten young theater actors to follow by American Theater Magazine. Dudek was offered roles on television as well as on the large screen. The talented actress who has a daughter of two, was married from 2008 until the year 2016 with Matthew Heller. Dudek, born March 22, 1975 in Boston Massachusetts but raised in Newton. When she was a child, she was a student at Northwestern University. She appeared in many theater performances as well as made her Broadway debut with Wrong Mountain. In 2000, her role as The Glass Menagerie won her the Connecticut Critics Circle Award. The Book Group in Britain was her first appearance on television. She has also guest starred on other television series like Desperate, Housewives, How I Met Your Mother and Friends Charmed Bones. In the pilot for Psych she appeared as Lucinda as well as on Law & Order Criminal Intent a female teacher having a sexual relationship and a fellow student. Dudek got her first role at House in its fourth year as the character Amber Volakis. Amber is one of the forty of Dr. Gregory House's 40 contenders for the position of a permanent member on House's team. She continued to portray her character throughout the entire season, but she was killed during the House's head and Wilson's heart episode, which was a two-part series finale. She would later reappear in a form of hallucination during the episode House in the fifth season episode Saviors and would return as such for the remainder of the series. Dudek was later seen on Mad Men as next-door neighbor Francine Hanson as well as in Big Love as one of Alby Grant's antagonistic wives both of them recurring characters. Dudek was as a character in Covert Affairs, portraying Danielle Brooks as the sister of main character. Her other film roles include Tiffany Wilson (the cruise-line's heir) in White Chicks (2004) and Anthony Hopkins' daughter in The Human Stain.
